Senior Design Team sdmay19-14 • Wireless Recharging System

Welcome to the Wireless Recharging System team website! Our project's goal is to transfer power without wires
so that a robotic arm can be allowed to move freely and untethered to its charging point. Further more, the
arm's power source of batteries located inside of it will be used to power safety sensors and LEDs. Our
system will replace a throw away battery used to power the arm's sensor and will cut down on time wasted on
maintenance. Below is an image of our first prototype used to created an AC wave to power transfer coils.
